PAYMENT

Cash, check and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment. Please make checks out to Kaitlin Stone Family Therapy Inc. All payments are due at the time of your session.

We do offer sliding scale pricing to a limited number of clients based on financial need.

INSURANCE

We are out-of-network providers, which means we do not bill your insurance company directly. If you are interested in using insurance for therapy, we can provide you with a monthly Superbill for services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Reimbursement for out-of-network benefits is solely dependent on your specific insurance carrier and plan. All payments and fees are due at the time of service. We do not communicate directly with insurance, so please be sure to confirm your benefits and coverage with your insurance provider prior to scheduling your first session.

48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 48-hours in advance of the scheduled session time or they will be held responsible for paying the full fee for the missed session.
